22 – 27 September 2019 (Sunday to Friday) *NB – September is the peak whale watching season in this region.

Early Bird discounted price (book and pay in full before 30 June 2019): USD 2,500 per person (sharing)

Regular price: USD 2,900 per person (sharing)

Deposit: 50% payable upfront to secure your booking

Balance: Due by 10 August 2019 (or 30 June 2019 to take advantage of the Early Bird discount)

Included in the cost:

  • All yoga and meditation group instruction
  • 2 x 60 minute massages / reflexology
  • Accommodation on a shared basis (luxury double or twin)
  • All meals and drinks (except ‘Reserve List’ wines)
  • All activities (except those listed below as being an additional cost)
  • All equipment (incl. yoga mats, wetsuits, masks, snorkels, water shoes, mountain bikes, sand boards)
  • Return road transfer in a private minibus with private driver from Cape Town to the venue (central location to be confirmed)

Excluded from the cost:

  • All international and domestic flights
  • Visa, passport and any other travel document costs

Optional extras

The following are not included in your cost, but can gladly be arranged in advance with the venue:

  • Private charter flight or helicopter transfer to and from De Hoop Nature Reserve
  • Day trips to locations outside of the nature reserve (incl. Bungee jumping at Bloukrans Bridge)
  • Whale watching by helicopter
  • Scenic helicopter flights
  • Boat trip on the De Hoop Reserve’s Vlei (wetland lagoon)


The reserve has a Mediterranean climate, with moderately hot summers, and mild to chilly winters. September is Spring time, so the weather is generally warm, but pack some light winter wear for chilly evenings/mornings.
